The publication does not receive any government benefits or funding.

There are managing editors that read the news. There is also a showbiz editor for the tabloid.

There are 10-15 correspondents and they get paid 75-100 pesos per article.

The publication consists of part time employees.

The current membership is totally different from when the publication first launched.

This is due to many of the members taking advantage of the newspaper.

It was launched in July 2004 as Todo Silip Expose. Ms. Jacobo launched this to help the unemployed journalists. The name was chosen by the employees. It was independent and she had about P150,000 to start with. In July 2007, it was renamed Todo Silip News Ngayon, because sometime before that, they had shut down because of loss of profit (some advertisers do not pay and they were sued for libel so they had to pay a fine).

Circulation: 3,000-5,000 copies weekly, the paper is released every Friday, but is often delayed due to late reports, resulting on its release being moved to Monday.

More or less, 1,000 copies are not sold. It was indicated that majority of the people who buy the tabloid, purchase it for the misconception that it contains pornographic material.

One edition per week.

Editorial Deadline: Two days before printing (either Wednesday or Saturday).

Papers that are not sold are given away for free.

Most of the profit for the newspaper comes from captured buyers.

Captured buyers are people who buy bulk copies of the paper. Those individuals and companies that place ads in the paper get 50 pieces, free.

Advertisement rates:

Full page – P18,000

Half Page – P10,000

Editorial and printing are not done on the same location.

Editing and page layout are done in San Andres, Manila.

Now, printing is done in Port Area, Manila along with other newspapers and tabloids like the Manila Times, Saksi, and Bomba.

Before printing was done in Leon Guinto, Manila.

They do not have their own printing press; therefore printing process is not consistent.

Page layout is done digitally during the editorial process using adobe programs and is then placed in CD or flash drive to be brought to the printing press.

Printing occurs from 7 in the evening to 2 in the morning. It is ready to be sold after 2 A.M.
